We had a lot of friends join us for story hour on January 20, 2016 where we spent some time learning about the letter “L”. Noelle Kaminsky, Ricky Dominguez, Gentry White, Morghan Coots, Savannah White, and Sarah Dominguez are shown in the picture below holding their “L” shaped lighthouses. We learned about lighthouses in the books Lighthouse and The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch, which they thoroughly enjoyed the story of a lighthouse keeper and his wife plotting to save their lunches safe from the seagulls!
